Pre-Session Checklist

Use this checklist to prepare for your Airgentic onboarding session. Coming prepared helps ensure we cover everything relevant to your situation.


Attendees

Confirm who should attend

Platform administrator Will configure and maintain the service Yes
Content owner / Operations Will monitor conversations and manage content Yes
Technical owner May need to implement integrations or advanced features Recommended
Manager / Sponsor Should understand capabilities at a high level Optional

Aim for: 2–4 attendees from different roles. Larger groups can join but may have less opportunity for questions.

Ensure attendees have admin access

Confirm that at least one attendee can log in to the Airgentic admin console and share their screen if needed for troubleshooting or questions.


Service scope

Clarify what's in scope for your rollout

Answer these questions before the session:

  • [ ] Which website(s) or content sources will the AI use?
  • [ ] Is this a public service or a secure (authenticated) service?
  • [ ] What is the primary use case? (Customer support, FAQ, internal knowledge, etc.)
  • [ ] Are there specific question types or topics you want the AI to handle specially?

Identify which features are active now vs planned for later

Check which capabilities your service currently uses or will use:

This helps us focus on what's relevant and skip what isn't.


Questions to gather

Collect questions from your team

Before the session, ask your team:

  • What do you want to understand about how the platform works?
  • What are you concerned about or unsure of?
  • Are there specific scenarios you want to discuss?
  • What would success look like for this service?

Write these down so we can address them during the session.

Note any issues or confusion

If the service is already live or in testing:

  • Are there specific questions the AI handles poorly?
  • Are there conversations you'd like us to look at together?
  • Is anything not working as expected?

Technical readiness

Verify admin console access

  • [ ] You can log in to the Airgentic admin console
  • [ ] You can access your service's configuration
  • [ ] You know how to navigate the main screens

Know your service's current state

Familiarise yourself with:

  • [ ] The agents configured for your service
  • [ ] Recent conversations (check Insights)
  • [ ] Data sync status (when was the last crawl?)
  • [ ] Any curated answers already set up

Optional preparation

Review the platform mental model

Reading Platform Mental Model before the session will help you follow along more easily. It's not required, but recommended.

Try asking some questions

If your service is live or in testing, try asking some questions in the widget or Admin Chat. Note:

  • Which questions get good answers?
  • Which questions struggle?
  • Any surprises in how the AI responds?

Logistics

Confirm session details

  • [ ] Date and time confirmed
  • [ ] Video call link received
  • [ ] Attendees have it in their calendars

Prepare for the call

  • [ ] Stable internet connection
  • [ ] Working microphone and camera
  • [ ] Screen sharing capability (at least one attendee)
  • [ ] Quiet environment for the session
